All support threads with specific problems should include a copy of your Help -> Support Information (or use the Support shortcut for Media Center Master from your Start menu) and a copy/paste of the Log window detailing the problem (you may also want to enable developer-level debug from the help menu).

Is Media Center Master misbehaving or causing a problem in some way? Report any bugs or defects in the software here.
