- Added .ass, .sami, and .smt as recognized subtitle extensions.
- Added .ts as a recognized video file extension (same as .m2ts).
- Added a new feature to the downloader's episode parser that will let it skip or re-download episode video files loaded with spyware. The detection is based on various video details matching and will not work for archived downloads such as ZIPped or multi-part RAR files.
- Added additional trailer features such as automatic downloading, automatic re-encoding, and the download source FanCast.com.
- Added eztv.it and monova.org as a torrent source.
- Added -FLV and -CAM to keyword filtering on T.V. torrents from btjunkie.
- Added MediaInfo library as a primary means of video information acquisition over FFMPEG (FFMPEG is still used as a fallback).
- Added more HTML parsing and stripping during XML saves.
- Added post processing token %R for raw video codec.
- Added support for genre consolidation. This is used to generalize all genres into one specific category and is experimental (and currently not customizable)... use this feature during testing only and not on production data/large collections unless you're happy with the results it is giving you.
- Added support for subtitle language options for all 46 languages the Sublight library offers.
- Added support for trailers in multiple locations including separate repositories, automatic prepending, or in a trailers subfolder from the movie folder (use the "Re-attach theatrical trailers" feature under "Media" -> "Meta data" to mass-move/fix meta data and/or mass-rename/move trailer videos).
- Adult DVD Empire, cd Universe, and Gay DVD Empire fetchers will now tag titles as 'X-Rated' instead of 'NC-17'.
- Changed the audio codec during trailer re-encoding to use AC3 instead of MP3, primarily for cross-compatibility for playback on Popcorn Hour devices.
- Consolidated downloader, downloader parser, and uTorrent settings to tabs in the main settings & preferences window.
- Fixed a bug allowing "[exception, The remote server returned an error, (404) Not Found.]" to be retrieved as a movie title.
- Fixed a bug causing the list of media titles to appear grayed out and difficult to read under older versions of Windows.
- Fixed a bug that was causing backdrops to not save correctly if themoviedb.org wasn't your primary movie fetcher.
- Fixed a bug that was causing media titles beginning with 'a' and 'an' to sort incorrectly in the main media list when grouped by title.
- Fixed a bug that was causing titles to not refresh correctly in the media list during a (re)fetch.
- Fixed a bug that wasn't clearing the queue of titles in the re-queue when the list of titles to process was cleared.
- Fixed a bug where (re)fetching media titles would clear the poster art instead of refreshing it.
- Fixed error reporting under some nominal logging circumstances (will generate less spam for me and thus more useful error reports).
- Fixed some crashing bugs related to trailer re-encoding.
- Fixed some minor resizing issues when Media Center Master is first launched.
- Released an updated C# fetcher template at the forums for use with plugin system 2.0.
- Removed genre 'mature' being identified as an adult film.
- Removed mininova.org as a torrent fetcher source since it is now defunct.
- Removed the MPAA rating 'NC-17' being identified as an adult film.
- Rewrote the plugin fetcher system to be fully serializable (a.k.a. plugin system 2.0) -- this will allow forward compatibility between plugins developed that are no longer supported as they should not have to be rebuilt whenever there are major changes in Media Center Master.
- Trailer downloads will attempt a search for both LocalTitle and OriginalTitle (if they're different) in case the LocalTitle isn't found.
- Upgraded all official fetcher plugins to use plugin system 2.0.
