VideoLogic is video transcoding automation software I've developed that's currently free and available for Windows (as well as Linux and MacOS using Mono .NET).

I've been using it the past year and a half or so to automatically encode everything to x265 and normalize volume for all my TV episodes and find it an invaluable part of my home theater automation.
