More bugfixes and optimizations with TVDB v4, less network overhead, contingency for "TBA", much less CPU used when calculating extended statuses, and should be a fix for updating score/status for TV titles. Some loadup/shutdown optimizations were made, too, that were doing too much network prefetch.
