downloads multi-episode file then continues to search for the second episode which is included
in a file it has already downloaded

This is something I should consider and handle in the download parser, definitely -- but is not something unique to the beta version. This has always been an issue for MCM.

But once it's completed the download and parsed the E10-E11 file it would automatically stop looking for the E11 episode?

It would when I fix this -- it keeps looking for it now (in both v1.31 proper or v1.32 beta).
