- All fetched artwork is downloaded from the api servers of the following sites:
- themoviedb.org
- thetvdb.com
- fanart.tv
***Note - A newly added image to one of these websites is not immediately available for a fetched download until the api server has been updated.
- Required and monitored artwork added by the program. The yellow highlight will be triggered, if any of these images are missing.
- Movies
- TV Series
- Poster
- Backdrop/fanart
- Banner

- There are several tools and settings available to add extra artwork, add missing artwork, replace artwork, and delete artwork.
- The following extra artwork can be automatically downloaded during a fetch. The yellow highlight will not be triggered, if any of these images are missing.
- These features can be used, after a fetch, to remove the yellow highlight.
- Add clearart, manually, after a fetch.
- Deleting artwork. Deleted images can not be restored.
- Manually, after a fetch.
- Automatically, during a fetch.
- After adding, replacing, or deleting artwork, additional tasks may be required.
- Media Center Master
- Refresh a single title with the following tool:
Right click title (context menu) --> Refresh from metadata (top part of list)
- Refresh all titles in the library with the following tool:
Media (menu) --> Refresh cached media (top part of list)
- Export a single title to other metadata formats with the following tool:
Right click title (context menu) --> Export to other metadata formats (bottom part of list)
- Export all titles in the library to other metadata formats with the following tool:
Tools (menu) --> Create external metadata for all titles (bottom of list)
- Home Theater - Streaming Device or Software Program
- Refresh, update, or scan library for new content
- Add, replace, or delete images with the Artwork Manager

- Extra backdrops/fanart
- There is no tool for this feature. It is automatically triggered during a fetching process.
- The feature has two (2) related settings found through:
Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) -->
- Download all backdrops when available (3rd tick box)
- If enabled, all available backdrops for a fetched titled will be downloaded.
- If enabled, the limit option, below, will be disabled.
- "Save" after making changes
- limit to only _____ backdrops
- Disable the above setting to configure this setting.
- Enter a number to limit the number of backdrops downloaded
- "Save" after making changes
- Adds the following images:

- Fanart.tv images
- An optional setting will provide:
- A triggering function to activate the tool during a fetch.
- A global tool to add artwork to all titles in the collection.
- A right click context tool to add artwork to a title.
- The setting is found through:
Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) --> Enable extra artwork for Fanart.TV (9th tick box) --> "Save" after making changes
- Enable and/or disable optional images per user's preference (scroll down to see all options)
- If required, edit the default "save as:" image names.
- The global tool is found through:
Tools (menu) --> Auto-download Fanart.tv for all titles (bottom portion of list)
- The right click tool is found through:
Right click title --> Fetch... (4th item) --> ... extra fanart from Fanart.tv (bottom of list)
- Adds the following images:
- Movies
- Clear artwork
- Logos
- Disc art
- Banners
- TV Series
- Clear artwork

- Artwork manager
- The Artwork manager can be found through:
Right click title (context menu) --> Artwork manager... (middle of list)
- Used to:
- View and delete selected images
- Add or replace images:
- Stored locally
- Found on the internet
- Listed at the fetching site
- Adds and replaces the following images:
- Movie titles
- TV Series
- Posters
- Backdrops/fanart
- Banners
- Season posters
- Season banners
***Note - Season level artwork does not trigger the yellow highlight feature.

- Old right-click and choose
- Enable the following setting to view the tool in the right click context menu.
Application (menu) --> Setting & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) --> Enable the old right-click method of choosing poster, banners, and backdrop/fanart (4th tick box) --> "Save" after making changes
- The tool can be found through:
Right click title (context menu) --> Choose poster, backdrops, and banners... (middle of list)
- Used to add or replace images from:
Artwork listed at themoviedb.org and thetvdb.com fetching sites
- Adds and replaces the following images:
- Movie titles
- TV Series
- Posters
- Backdrops/fanart
- Banners

- Extract and choose thumbnail
- This tool can be used "as is" or pre-configured to add several images to choose from.
- "As is" option
Extracts one snapshot from the video file and the user is required to select image to continue.
- Pre-configured option
Enable the following setting to generate several snapshots to choose from.
Application (menu) --> Setting & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) --> When manually choosing frames extracted from video files, show a lot of frames (7th tick box) --> "Save" after making changes
- The tool is found through:
Right click title (context menu) --> Extract and choose thumbnails... (middle of list)
- Adds the following images:

- Automatic thumbnail extraction
(Premium license only)
- An optional setting will provide:
- A right click context tool.
This tool functions similar to the "Extract and choose thumbnail" when used "as is," but works automatically, no need to select the image.
It allows the user to configure the "Extract and choose thumbnail" with the optional setting and leave it, using it only to generate several images to choose from.
- A triggering function to activate the tool during a fetch.
- The setting is found through:
Application (menu) --> Setting & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) --> Automatically extract frames from video files if no artwork is found (6th tick box) --> "Save" after making changes
- The tool is found through:
Right click title (context menu) --> Automatic thumbnail extraction... (middle portion of list)
- Adds the following images:

- The Files tab
- The "Files" tab is found though:
Left click title (select) --> Files tab (top, right side of UI)
- Used for:
- Viewing files associated with a title
- Deleting files
Right click file (context menu) --> Delete
- Additional options available to change filtered view (bottom, under buttons)
- Show metadata
- .xml, .nfo, .tag, .txt files
- Artwork files
- Show uncategorized files
- TV Series theme song files
- Fanart.tv files
- Extra backdrops/fanart files

- Delete extra fanart folder
- If "Folder Cleaning" is enabled (see next topic) and if the following setting is disabled, the extra fanart folder will be deleted during a fetch or during any automated renaming process.
Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (1st item) --> Artwork (tab) --> Never delete extra fanart folder (8th tick box) --> "Save" after making changes

- Options are found through:
Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (1st item) --> Organization (tab) --> Folder cleaning (section, right side, middle) --> Select options per user preference --> "Save" after making changes ***Note - Use in test mode, first. Deleted images, files, and folders can not be restored.
