Media Center Master has several functions to assist the user with problematic T.V. Series issues relating to downloading or re-downloading episodes and processing downloaded files into the collection. The three (3) basic functions are Search Terms, T.V. Series Detection Overrides, and Download History.

Check the offtopics, listed below, before using the following links.

  •  Search Terms  (clickable link) - negative and/or positive terms added by the user to modify the search process to filter out unwanted downloads and/or to be more specific at what to download.

  •  T.V. Series Detection Overrides  (clickable link) - terms added by the user to map an unrecognized file name to a TV Series ID#, in order to match a TV Series title listed at thetvdb.

  •  Download History  - (clickable link) used to remove database entries of episodes that Media Center Master has already downloaded and/or downloaded and processed into the collection. Required to re-download episodes processed by Media Center Master.

Related Additional Functions  (clickable link) - Advanced settings for users that would like Media Center Master to be more selective in picking downloads.

Are you running a "Free" or "Premium" version of Media Center Master?
The type of license is displayed in Media Center Master's title bar unless the following setting has been enabled:

Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (1st item in list) --> General (tab) --> Hide licensing in the title bar (8th item, left side)

FYI - An exit and restart of Media Center Master is required for a change to take effect.

If you have entered a license key for a "Premium" version, a "Free" version may be running, if Media Center Master is unable to communicate with the licensing server.

Troubleshoot "Licensing and internet connectivity" with the built-in troubleshooter.

Software licensing and un-licensing is done through:

    Help (menu) --> Licensing

Check and/or enter the required information

Click the "Un-License" or "Done" button to send the request to the licensing server for validation.

Revoke license (clickable link) and re-license, if you have re-installed Windows, moved Media Center Master to another computer, or changed hardware.

Forgot or lost your license code? (clickable link)

Are you running an up to date version and build of Media Center Master?
Media Center Master is dependent upon other software and numerous internet sites. When certain changes occur with the dependent software or internet sites Media Center Master will malfunction. To address these issues and other reported issues Pete pushes out updates with fixes.

Media Center Master is designed to keep up to date with with an "Auto Update" feature which is triggered to download fixes during the program start-up. If the user has disabled the auto update feature

    Application (menu) --> Use auto-update (8th item)

Or, leaves Media Center Master running continuously, or the auto update feature malfunctions, updates are not downloaded and installed.

The installed version and build is listed at the top of the log window each time Media Center Master is started.

Red or yellow highlighted T.V. Series in the collection list.
  • Red highlight - indicates the T.V. Series is missing metadata.

Media Center Master can not download any episodes or keep a T.V. Series up to date if the required metadata is not available. Media Center Master collects, maintains and saves metadata for each T.V. Series in a series.xml files.

If it is determined the series.xml file is present in the T.V. Series folder and some how became corrupt, remove it, then re-fetch it.

        Remove metadata

Right click the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Context Menu --> Clear out metadata (7th item from top)

        Fetch metadata

Right click the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Context Menu --> Fetch metadata (2nd item from top)

Or, force a specific metadata fetch

Right click the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Context Menu --> Fetch... (3rd item from top of list)

Select an option and enter correct ID

  • Yellow highlight - indicates the T.V. Series is missing one or more artwork files: backdrop.jpg, banner.jpg, and/or folder.jpg (clearart, logos, and episode images are not monitored).

Missing artwork will not create any problems related to downloading episodes or processing episodes into the collection.

You can add locally stored artwork or you can add artwork directly from the internet.

Manually add artwork with the "Artwork Manager."

Right click the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Context Menu --> Artwork manager... (10th item from top of list)

After adding artwork you may need the file names to match your preferred metadata format (MediaBrowser, Windows Media Center, Kodi/XBMC ...)

Right click the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Context Menu --> Export to other metadata formats (18th item from top of list)

If the yellow highlight does not clear after adding artwork, you may need to refresh Media Center Master's collection database.

Media (menu) --> Refresh cached media (full/complete) (2nd item from top of list)

See this guide, "Artwork: Adding, Replacing, and Deleting" (here) for more information.

Are the correct download function settings enabled?
What is displayed in the "keep updated" column (blue ball column) of the collection list?
See this guide: Troubleshooting The Blue Ball Column (here) for more information.

Do the troubleshooting aids provide any assistance?
The results of these aids are also helpful if you need to post a support message in the forum.

RULES FOR SUPPORT (clickable link) - Pete says: READ AND FOLLOW!

  1. Activity log

The activity log is the subject matter displayed in the "Log" tab of the right window pane. It provides minimum massages to inform the user of what activity Media Center Master is performing and/or has attempted to perform. Helpful when posting a "Bug Report" or "Support & General" topic in the forum.

      1. The last 100 lines can be included in a forum topic with the required "Support Information" found in the "Help" menu by selecting:

Include log file (bottom of Support Information window)

      2. The displayed activity in the log tab is limited to 500 lines by default with the following setting:

Application (menu) --> Settings & Preferences... (top item) --> General (tab) --> Limit the log window to _______ lines (bottom, right)

FYI: Use a spoiler, if posting a long selected portion from the log tab in the forums

Ctrl + C to copy highlighted portion and Ctrl + V to paste into spoiler.

      3. By default settings, the activity log is not saved.

        • A daily named file (Activity log for date.log) can be created and saved with the following setting:

Application (menu) --> Logs and data... (7th item from top) --> Log program activity to files (top item)

        • The log can be found and viewed through:

Application (menu) --> Logs and data... (7th item from top) --> Open logs & data folder (2nd item from top)

  2. Debug logging

Provides additional messages in the "Activity Log." Helpful to pin point unknown problems; issues not listed in the normal activity log.

Help (menu) --> Debug... (7th item from top) --> Show developer-level debug messaging (1st item in list)

  3. Accessibility and permissions

Checks paths used by Media Center Master

Help (menu) --> Open troubleshooter (6th item from top) --> Test (button) --> accessibility and permissions (select 1st item in list)

          Follow the instructions provided.

  4. T.V. episode detection

Helpful to determine: if "search terms" are needed, if there is a matching T.V. Series in the collection, and/or if a "T.V. series title detection override" is needed by analyzing the file naming pattern of possible downloads and completed downloads.

Help (menu) --> Open troubleshooter (6th item from top) --> Test (button) --> T.V. episode detection (select 4th item in list)

          Follow the instructions provided.

  5. Licensing and internet connectivity

Checks communication with the licensing server

Help (menu) --> Open troubleshooter (6th item from top) --> Test... (button) --> Licensing and internet connectivity (select last item in list)

Read the displayed messages for additional assistance.

Out of Order TV Series
See forum post subject: "Scene release vs metadata sites" (here) for more information.

  • The methods that work for these types of TV series can be labor intensive:

    • Lots of research at the different fetching sites in an attempt to match file names to an episode list, i.e., possibly find a fetching site with an episode list that matches the season/episode identifiers used in the file names.

    • If TV series are found at one of the available fetching sites, but the site is not the selected fetching site used for all media titles, override the global setting for the fetching sites by changing the fetcher option at the series level through:

Select title --> Metadata (tab, right side of User Interface) --> Fetcher to use: (6th item) --> "Save" after making changes

:!: This setting will only work for episodes in the selected title.

    • Screening files before processing to verify season/episode identifier, i.e., watch the episodes to check and see if the episode name and/or the story line matches what is listed at a fetching site.

    • Renaming episode files: manually, or with a bulk file renaming software.

    • The workaround mentioned in the above link is a text file of which the user creates to map fetching sources to downloaded file names. The text file is then added to the program's logs & settings folder and updated as required. Depending on your computer skill level, it might be easier to just rename the files and process them.

:!: All though the program will include this file in a "Backup" and/or a "Restore" process, it is recommended that you keep a copy of the file in another location.

See forum post subject: "Season Search Offset" (here) for more information.

See forum post subject: "Mythbusters - Cannot Detect" (here) for additional details on creating your own EpisodeMapping.txt.

Absolute Episode Order (Anime TV Series)
Absolute Order (link to theTVDB wiki topic)

  • The user should determine what file naming pattern is being used by the uploader; AAA (absolute episode order) or SEE (season/episode), and verify that theTVDB episode pages has absolute numbers listed (absolute numbers are found at the bottom of the episode summary page).

  • If it is determined absolute episode order is being used in the file name and absolute numbers are listed at theTVDB, the user can process episodes with Media Center Master.

    • To download episodes change the T.V. Series Airing schedule to Absolute Numbering:

Select the T.V. Series in the collection (left hand window pane) --> Metadata (tab, right hand window pane) --> Airing schedule: (7th item down below buttons)

Click the "Save" button (top right)

Note: The user may need to add or remove "Search Terms," and possibly remove items in the "Download History" in order to re-download episodes while testing "Search Terms."

    • To process episodes into collection enable:

The above setting is all that is required to process episodes into the collection.

Note: The user may need to add a "T.V. Series Detection Override, if "Search Terms" were added to obtain correct downloads.

 Back to Hide Spoiler

Daily Aired Order (daytime soaps, talk shows... )
To download episodes change the T.V. Series Airing schedule to Daily:

Select the T.V. Series in collection (left hand window pane) --> Metadata (tab, right hand window pane) --> Airing schedule: (7th item down below buttons)

    Click the "Save" button

Note: During the download process Media Center Master will try air date first, then standard season/episode naming convention (SxxEyy, SEE) second.

Note: The user may need to add or remove "Search Terms," and possibly remove items in the "Download History" in order to re-download episodes while testing "Search Terms."

To process episodes into collection

The file naming pattern only needs to include the season/episode identifier or the airing date; one or the other, both are not required.

      If both are included

      • The season/episode identifier should be listed first

      • If the the date is listed first, Media Center Master will assume the file is a movie

Note: The user may need to add a "T.V. Series Detection Override, if "Search Terms" were added to obtain correct downloads.

Are you able to download and process other T.V. Series episodes?
You may need to re-check the settings related to passing torrent or nzb files to their associated programs and back to Media Center Master are correct per the following guides:

Choose one of the following scenarios that best describes your problem, use the related link for more information and details for solving your problem.

  1.  Search Terms  (link for more information).

    1. When attempting to download new episodes or keep T.V. Series current you notice:

      1. Media Center Master is downloading episodes for the wrong T.V. Series.

      2. Media Center Master is skipping episodes that are available at downloading sites.

  2.  T.V. Series Title Detection Overrides  (link for more information).

    1. Media Center Master will not process episodes into the collection, and/or you have seen the following remark in the log window:

MCM: I'm not sure if this is a T.V. episode or a movie -- I can't detect it as either: "file name here"
MCM: The file is not named in a way I understand. If this is a T.V. episode and you have a scan folder set up for it, then you may want to add a T.V. detection override settings to manually map a series description to its ID.

  3.  Download History  (link to more information)

    1. You have deleted one or more bad episodes (bad quality, will not play, wrong episode...), when attempting to re-download a replacement episode Media Center Master will not download any episode that is known to be available at the downloading sites.

    2. You notice there is one or more missing episodes in your collection and Media Center Master will not download a missing episodes that is known to be available at the downloading sites.

More information about functions

  1.  Search Terms  (link to details about where to find, what to do, and examples) - used by Media Center Master during the downloading process, by both download workers, usenet and torrent, for filtering out unwanted downloads in order to recognize and select correct episode files to download.

    1. "Search Term" problems usually occur right after adding a new T.V. Series to the collection during the first attempt/s to download episodes. They are related to one of two issues.

      1. Media Center Master is downloading episodes for the wrong T.V. Series.

        1. This happens for one of several reasons. One example would be: the wished for episode is for a T.V. Series Title that contains only one word; such as, the T.V. Series named "Boss," but Media Center Master will download episodes for one or more of the following T.V. Series named: "Undercover Boss," "Pit Boss," "The Boss is Coming to Dinner," or "Cake Boss."

      2. Media Center Master is skipping episodes that are available at downloading sites.

        1. This happens because the uploaders are using different names for the torrent or nzb that are not consistent with the T.V. Series Title name listed at the metadata fetching site.

    • Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to add a "T.V. Series Title Detection Override."

    • Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to remove items in Media Center Master's "Download History" in order to re-download replacement episodes.

     Back to list of scenarios

  2.  T.V. Series Title Detection Overrides  (link to details about where to find, what to do, and examples) - used by Media Center Master when processing episodes through the "Watch" folder to map a completed download to a T.V. Series Title name at the fetching site.

    1. "T.V. Series Title Detection Override" problems usually occur right after adding a new T.V. Series to the collection that may have required adding one or more "Search Terms" to recognize and download the correct torrent or nzb that is not named the same as the T.V. Series Title name used at the metadata fetching site. This creates the problem, because the name of the download will not match the TV Series Title name.

      1. When Media Center Master processes a completed download it analyzes the file name in an attempt to match it with a T.V. Series Title name listed at the metadata fetching site. If these two names are different, an error message is displayed in the log window:

MCM: I'm not sure if this is a T.V. episode or a movie -- I can't detect it as either: "file name here"
MCM: The file is not named in a way I understand. If this is a T.V. episode and you have a scan folder set up for it, then you may want to add a T.V. detection override settings to manually map a series description to its ID.

     Back to list of scenarios

  3.  Download History  (link to details about where to find, what to do) - used by Media Center Master during the downloading and parsing processes to maintain a list (database, cashe) of the different work task Media Center Master has performed relating to keeping a T.V. Series current, such as: not found yet, successful torrent or nzb download, parsed into library, pre-existed.

    1. "Download History" problems occur because Media Center Master uses the "Download History" list to prevent downloading duplicate episodes that are not in the T.V. Series collection list (cashe). These problems are related to these issues.

      1. You are working with newly added T.V. Series, you have deleted one or more bad downloads (wrong T.V. Series, wrong video quality, wrong language...) you may be experiencing problems that are requiring you to add one or more "Search Terms," when you attempt to test your new "Search Term/s" Media Center Master will not download any episodes that are known to be available at downloading sites.

      2. You have established a working T.V. Series collection and Media Center Master has been keeping all T.V. Series current and up to date with no problems.

        1. All of a sudden you notice there is one or more missing episodes in the collection, when attempting to download the missing episode/s Media Center Master will not download any episodes that are known to be available at downloading sites (see next issue for possible reason).

        2. Media Center Master successfully downloaded a torrent or nzb and sent it to the download program, the torrent or nzb failed to download in the download program, you attempt to re-download a replacement and Media Center Master will not download any episodes that are known to be available at downloading sites.

        3. You found a bad video (bad quality, will not play, wrong episode...) Media Center Master has downloaded or downloaded and processed into the collection, you attempt to re-download a replacement and Media Center Master will not download any episodes that are known to be available at downloading sites.

Individual TV Series search terms (black/white list) (provides additional search terms to be use with the "Global" function settings)
Detailed information for this function is listed, below, in this section

Where to find : The "Search term:" entry field can be found by:

Selecting a T.V. Series title in Media Center Master's collection list (left hand pane) -> Metadata tab (right hand pane, top) -> Search term: (3rd item under the buttons)

Click the "Save" button.

Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to add a "T.V. Series Title Detection Override."

Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to remove items in Media Center Master's "Download History," after a test run, to re-download replacement episodes.

What to do :
  • Search terms are selected from the wording of the actual file names listed at the Torrent download sites, and/or the Usenet indexing sites.

  • Usually adding only one word from a file name is sufficient.

  • Positive terms are added to include inconsistent Series title named file downloads.

  • Negative terms are added to eliminate incorrect Series title downloads.

  • Positive and negative terms can be used together.

  • Use:

        Small letters, and

        A space between terms.

  • Do not use:

        A comma after a term,

        Special characters,

        Parenthesis, or

        Brackets.

  • Words like "a," "and," "of," and "the" are not required.

Click the "Save" button.

Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to add a "T.V. Series Title Detection Override."

Note - After adding "Search Terms," it may be necessary to remove items in Media Center Master's "Download History" in order to re-download replacement episodes.

Special Circumstances :
This tab was written because new logic was add to the program dealing with TV Series having similar names. The "Similar Names" tab listed below was not edit to reflect this change and was left as is for the negative search term examples.

If search terms are being modified for a wished for torrent or nzb that does not match the TV Series title listed at thetvdb, the show name may, also, require renaming.

Example

  • Marvel's Avengers Assemble

  • Example of wished for torrents/nzbs name

Avengers Assemble S02E22 Midgard Crisis HDTV x264-W4F

  • Search term provided by Media Center Master

      marvels avengers assemble

        Changed to

          avengers assemble

  • No downloaded files because torrent/nzb name does not match show name

  • Show name provided by Media Center Master

      Marvel's Avengers Assemble

        Changed to

          Avengers Assemble

Examples

One, or more terms may be added to a single Series Title.

Similar Names : Similar Named, Single Worded Series Title Names

A series with a single word may need negative terms to eliminate downloading the wrong Series title files.

Note: Search terms should be selected from
the wording used in the torrent or nzb names listed at the downloading sites.

Example - Boss (2011):

  1. Listed at theTVDB as:
    1. Boss (2011)
  2. To download correct files:
    1. Modified "Search term:" boss -undercover -pit -dinner -cake
  3. The negative terms eliminate downloading files for:
    1. Undercover Boss
    2. Pit Boss
    3. The Boss is Coming to Dinner!
    4. Cake Boss

Note: The torrents, and nzbs for Boss (2011) do not include the year in the Series title name.
The year is therefore not required as a Search term.
***Note - See "Special Circumstances" tab above for more information.
Different Countries : Same Series Title Name - Different Countries or Country vs Airing Year.

theTVDB uses airing year identifiers after the title to distinguish the differences between the Series titles. The Series title that originally aired first will usually not have an identifier. The following Series titles will have identifiers.

The uploaders may add Country identifiers to their naming convention instead of airing year. They may, also, choose to use the complete spelled out Country name instead of the abbreviated form.

If multiple Series title names are in the collection with regards to this issue, modify the search term for all of the titles.

Example - Undercover Boss is aired in:

  1. United Kingdom

Airing Dates : Airing Dates

theTVDB uses year identifiers after the title to distinguish the differences between Series with the same title names . The Series title that originally aired first will usually not have an identifier. The following Series titles will have identifiers.

The uploaders may, or may not add year identifiers to their naming convention.

Example - Revolution:

  1. Listed at theTVDB as:
    1. Revolution
  2. To download correct files:
    1. Modified "Search term:" revolution 2012

Note: A search at theTVDB using "revolution" will list two versions of this Series.
One listing without the year identifier, and one listing with the year identifier.
Both listings are mapped to the Series title name of "Revolution" (no year identifier).
The year is required because, the uploaders use the year in their naming convention.

If multiple Series title names are in the collection, it may be necessary to modify the search terms for all of the titles.

Example - The Twilight Zone

  1. The Twilight Zone (Original Series, aired in 1959)
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. The Twilight Zone
    2. To download correct files:
      1. Modified "Search term:" twilight zone 1959 -1985 -2002
        or
      2. Modified "Search term:" twilight zone -1985 -2002

Note: The year, 1959, may, or may not be required. This will depend on the user's wants for specific downloads that may, or may not include the year, 1959.
  2. The Twilight Zone (1985)
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. The Twilight Zone (1985)
    2. To download correct files:
      1. Modified "Search term:" twilight zone 1985

  3. The Twilight Zone (2002)
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. The Twilight Zone (2002)
    2. To download correct files:
      1. Modified "Search term:" twilight zone 2002

Foreign Languages, Subtitles : Foreign Languages, and Subtitles

Note: The examples shown were written before Pete added the Advanced Quality Tuning Features.
They are being left for informational purposes.
These issues should be addressed by adding terms to the global include and/or exclude list (see offtopic - Related Additional Functions).

In certain circumstances some Series may require additional positive terms to include, or negative terms to eliminate downloading files in foreign languages, or containing subtitles.

Example - Falling Skies:

  1. To download only the English version with no subtitles:
    1. Modified "Search term:" falling skies -french -german -swesub
      1. The negative terms eliminated downloading files for:
        1. French version of Falling Skies
        2. German version of Falling Skies
        3. Swedish subbed version of Falling Skies

  2. To download only the French version with no subtitles:
    1. Modified "Search term:" falling skies french -german -swesub
      1. The positive term (french) included the French version for downloading.
      2. The negative terms eliminated downloading files for:
        1. English version of Falling Skies
        2. German version of Falling Skies
        3. Swedish subbed version of Falling Skies

  3. To download only the English version with Swedish subtitles:
    1. Modified "Search term:" falling skies -french -german swesub
      1. The positive term (swesub) included the English version with Swedish subtitles for downloading.
      2. The negative terms eliminated downloading files for:
        1. English version of Falling Skies with no subtitles
        2. French version of Falling Skies
        3. German version of Falling Skies

Named Seasons : Series with Named Seasons

Note: This type of Series is best handled manually.
Should the user wish to use any of the following examples, extreme caution should be used.
The file names may require renaming, regarding the Season/Episode identifier.
Additional terms will, also, be required to eliminate foreign language, and/or subtitles.
Be sure to manually check each file, view the videos before adding them to the collection.

The example Series used for this issue is "Spartacus."

The Broadcasted TV Series follows the listing shown below:

  • Spartacus: Blood and Sand
  • Spartacus: Gods of the Arena (Prequel mini-series)
  • Spartacus: Vengeance
  • Spartacus: War of the Damned

theTVDB Series title name is "Spartacus" and follows this outline:

  • Specials - Gods of the Arena (Prequel mini-series)
  • Season 1 - Blood and Sand
  • Season 2 - Vengeance
  • Season 3 - War of the Damned

Although, at times, multiple entries can be seen using the above season names for the series, all of the entries are mapped back to "Spartacus."

Some uploaders use the naming convention that follows the Broadcasted TV Series list. Others use the outline listed at theTVDB.

This Series is scheduled to be canceled at the end of Season 3, War of the Damned.

Examples:

  1. Spartacus, Season 1, Blood and Sand
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. Spartacus
    2. Modified "Search term:" spartacus blood sand ("and" is not needed)

Note: Should a user wish have this season in a collection,
it is suggested to manually download a complete season.

  2. Spartacus, Specials (mini-series), Gods of the Arena
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. Spartacus
    2. Modified "Search term:" spartacus gods arena ("of" and "the" are not needed)

Note: Should a user wish have this season in a collection,
it is suggested to manually download a complete season.
The downloaded files for Gods of the Arena may require renaming.
    The correct special season/episode identifiers (S00E01, S00E02, S00E03...)
should be used to move them to the Season 0 folder during the parsing process.

  3. Spartacus, Season 2, Vengeance
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. Spartacus
    2. Modified "Search term:" spartacus vengeance

Note: Should a user wish have this season in a collection,
it is suggested to manually download a complete season.
The downloaded files for Vengeance may require renaming.
    The correct season/episode identifiers (S02E01, S02E02, S02E03...)
should be used to move them to the Season 2 folder during the parsing process.

  4. Spartacus, Season 3, War of the Damned
    1. Listed at theTVDB as:
      1. Spartacus
    2. To download correct files:
      1. No Modified "Search term:" spartacus

Note: The uploaded files for War of the Damned are, as of this writing,
follow theTVDB Series title season/episode naming.
The season/episode identifiers (S03E01, S03E02, S03E03...) should be correct
in order to move them to the Season 3 folder during the parsing process.

Misc. : Miscellaneous inclusions and/or exclusions

Note: The example shown was written before Pete added the Advanced Quality Tuning Features.
It is left for informational purposes.
These issues can be addressed by using a combination of the "Related Additional Functions" (offtopic).

There are numerous other issues not listed.

Media Center Master can handle most all wished for request.

Example:

A user may wish to be more specific in downloading only DVD rips in 1080p quality, uploaded by anyone other than aAF.

Modified Search term should include: dvdrip 1080 -aaf

Great post .. Search terms for me does not work .. I input this to download only the English version with no subtitles:

0.Modified "Search term:" falling skies -french -german -swesub
0.The negative terms eliminated downloading files for:
0.French version of Falling Skies
0.German version of Falling Skies
0.Swedish subbed version of Falling Skies

But It still downloads German versions of the show ..

How is the downloaded file named?
Does the file name contain the word "german" in it?

How would you handle named seasons like anime?

For example, Hajime no Ippo is currently airing season 3, titled "Rising" with the format:

Hajime no Ippo - Rising - 2.avi

On thetvdb, this corresponds to S03E02
