You can get your Support Information from the Help
menu in Media Center Master. If you can't launch Media Center Master for some reason, there's also a shortcut for the Support Information in your Windows Start menu.
Make sure when you post your Support Information
to the forums that you choose to format it for the support forums
(otherwise it becomes very difficult for us to read). You may also want to copy and paste any relevant logs for us from the Log tab in Media Center Master. You can get additional debug logging by using the developer options, also in the Help menu.
