I have been using MCM for a few years now and have always loved it, however, I have seen it slowly die over the past year or so. Not getting the support it needs to stay up to date with changing API's and such. I hope to see some updates happen soon as mine is quickly becoming more of a hassle than its worth to use it.

I second this. I'm currently have to use an older version as some bugs in the latest version are more hassle when importing new material.

IE:
- Episodes named in the same style, some get move and renamed.. others get ignore until the third or fourth manual processing of files.

As posted in other topics, This is appears to be a TVDB issue not a MCM issue. At least that is what I see when I see this issue.

Even if that's the case, what about the other issues and lack of support in general?

Unfortunately I have to concur. One may ask: How do the developers think this will work in the long run, not fixing a crucial feature like the trakt.tv authentication (about which even trakt support offered direct help) within a month (!) now.
How do you think customers will receive that? What's going wrong here? At least you have to start being empathic about the growing disappointment in this community and give us some information like a timeframe for example. Not providing anything won't help at all.

Why not post on social media (Twitter, Facebook) then?

Really? So whats wrong with a SUPPORT FORUM all of a sudden?
You have to do better than that, I am not applying to facebook, because the developers stopped reading their very Support Platform.

I am just giving options, as a community forum very few people are posting issues. And the ones that are being posted I can't reproduce.

I have posted a few issues and got very little help to resolve. Pete responded to one issue a couple of times and then disappeared.

I've been wondering the same thing... no updates in months... no comments or posts from Pete that I've seen... what seems like hostile support from some... and weird things start breaking... with all the intent being placed on user error... and turns out later to be an API that broke.
