Hi Pete,

Current version appears to have some problem with the movie set field.

E.g. Thor: Ragnarok.

Simple fetch meta data retrieves the following in the movie.xml:-
<CollectionName>Thor</CollectionName>

Which in my KODI .nfo ends up as:-
<set>Thor</set>

I have all of these movies in a set call Marvel, so I edit the meta data in MCM with this name, however XML now contains and additional entry:-
<Collection>Marvel</Collection>

However... .nfo retains <set>Thor</set> and makes no mention of Marvel.

Any ideas please?

Best regards,
Mark W.

Hi,

I have the exact same problem. Before this latest version if a movie was put under a collection/boxset folder, MCM would update the Set tag according to the folder name, now just put's the set name from the one downloaded in the internet.

I would like to ask for the possibility to disable the auto download Set name tag from the internet?
I like to create the sets myself, and currently every movie that it's fetched i have to manually edit the nfo and remove or modify the Set tag.

Cheers,
Valter Paulino

Same problem here. Coincidentally enough, I also was working on Thor: Ragnarok, among others, and couldn't get a custom sets name to stick.

Also happened to War for the Planet of the Apes, using it's own naming instead of custom naming in the sets field. Oddly enough, it seems to pull the name from the internet without filling the sets field. The field will be blank but will still add the metadata to the Kodi file.

I've rolled back to v2.16.4517.861 and disabled auto update until this gets resolved.
