1:21 PM :: MCM: Couldn't write XML to \series.xml
1:21 PM :: MCM: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\series.xml' is denied.

I am unable to run this program as an administrator as my files are on a mapped network drive. In windows 10 if you run a UAC elevated program its denied access to mapped network drives.

so can we have this file places more properly to its program file location?

There shouldn't be a T.V. show at the root of a drive. It should be, at minimum, in its own folder such as C:\Some Show so that Media Center Master attempts to write to C:\Some Show\series.xml.

You haven't provided much of a log (just two lines) and no Support Information (required for support requests), and not much other context to help you with, so post back if you still need help.

You shouldn't need to run as an administrator, but here are three tips to help you out if you want to: (a) you can use UNC paths to your network files, (b) you can map network drives from an elevated context (such as NET USE from an elevated command prompt, make sure you set /PERSISTENT:YES) so that you have the same mapped network drives for both elevated and unelevated contexts. and (c) Media Center Master has a troubleshooter utility built into the Help menu that can assist with multiple permission problems in the future.
