How exactly does MCM determine what's higher quality? I have a collection of a couple thousand 1080p movies and a few DVD/VHS classics that I was hoping MCM would keep an eye for me. What's actually happened is that MCM has decided to download crappier versions of my 1080p movies and automatically remove my better versions.

For example, it replaced multiple movies I had in 1080p with 7.1 DTS-MA sound which were 15-19gb big (x264) and scored a 99 on the scoring index, with versions that are 5gb big with 600kb 5.1 AC3 and

This is truly unwanted behavior and I don't understand the concept behind this. I suppose I could've avoided this by "locking" my copies but why would MCM even bother downloading a 5gb x264 version which would never in a million years be better than a version 3x the size? They're all from the same garbage release group too so I know this is some sort of selective decision from MCM.
