Hi, I am trying to retrieve my Licensing code to my email address that I registered with but nothing is arriving, tried a few times and still nothing, can someone help?

I just tested the Forgot License Key without issues.

Did you get the "License information has been found and e-mailed to you."?

Only other options would emailing "Support@MediaCenterMaster.com"

Only other options would possibly be twitter or Facebook.

But if emails are not going through all I can think of is a spam trap from your email provider.

emailing junk filtering has been turned off, how can I get the license key coming to another email address?

Is there a way I can extract the license code from a file on the computer? I have a system image that I have backed up last week when it was working fine

Pretty sure the key only exists in the current user / software registry.

I have ended up purchasing a new lifetime license with a different email address attached to it and works fine by emailing the code, not happy though
The reason all this has come about is the when I open MCM it checks all my TV Shows for updated episodes but only shows a red X next to them all.
I tried the un licensing trick but when it came to enter code I couldn't find it and asking to email it never turned up in my email.
However after the new license I got MCM is still showing the red X

Thanks fixed it by checking Enable T.V. Downloads under Downloader, not sure why it became unchecked
