Post subject:  media details were not available using either VidInfo etc.
MCM fetches movie / show details no problem, but WILL NOT inspect the video details.
I've checked the existence of FFMPeg etc. and re-downloaded version from this site.
MCM then updates itself and replaces it upon launch.

Clean install Windows10, MCM run in adminstrator mode, Premium version showing in title bar - I'm at a loss now.
Any suggestions? It's an annoyance as backdrops etc. and folder renaming all works as expected.

I've just downloaded ffprobe_20180320.exe from this site (found in different thread) and renamed to ffprobe.exe. it WORKS.
So the question now is - why was it not installed with MCM?

The components are updated via download and are failing for some reason.

Ideally a new install package would/should resolve the issue instead of online component updates.
