 Post subject: Program not working

I'm lost. I've been using this program for years with no issues. Now the program won't even open up in Windows. It runs through the update process and then the program window comes open and immediately disappears. I've even deleted the program and tried to reinstall and still get the same result.
I think it is more than likely a .NET issue but I have no clue as of how to resolve it.
