I'm in the process of moving from XBMC to Plex for our media center front/back end.
This is due to various reasons (smart TV with Plex built-in, etc).

Are there certain settings that should be adjusted on MCM and Plex to allow MCM to collect all the metadata? Does Plex also make use of all the artwork I have MCM download currently?

Plex uses the same files that XBMC does, so keep your settings exactly as if you were still using XBMC. The only adjustments you need to make are with Plex: make sure you run the custom Media Center Master Plex agent and Plex scanner. Downloads for Windows or other OS'es at the Media Center Master home page.

Ah, never noticed the Plex Agent & Scanner in the downloads section.
Is there any documentation on the Plex Agent & Scanner?

Currently I disabled the XBMC settings in MCM and it appears Plex is actually the one that is picking up the metadata.

Edit:
I installed Plex Agent & Scanner on the PC running Plex Server. Then I deleted the TV Shows section from Plex/Web and re-added it with the MCM Scanner and Agent selected. However, no TV Shows will show up after I add this.
For reference MCM is installed on a different PC (not sure if that makes a difference).

Any ideas why its not picking up anything? I re-enabled the XBMC settings as well.

Plex has its own scraper, but it's often inconsistent and finicky to use and will regularly cause issues that are difficult to correct. It will also always ignore local metadata and artwork and fetch its own, meaning anything you fetch in Media Center Master will be unhelpful to it. That's why I wrote the scanner and agent to read local metadata.

Some screen caps of your Plex setup showing what scanner and agent are being used as well as a debug log from Plex would be handy.

I installed MCM on the same PC that Plex server was running on just to test. It didn't make a difference.

Files are attached, let me know if you need anything else.

Please replace version 1.00 with version 1.01. Plex has required new parameters for some of its built in functions and this update will stay consistent with their requirements.

Great, the TV Shows are now added.
I removed the movies and wanted to re-add them with MCM Scanner and Agent, however the MCM Scanner is missing though the Agent is there.

Checked Settings > Agents to make sure MCM was listed and checked (advanced) in the Movies tab.

That's correct, the default Plex Movie Scanner is fine for the Media Center Master agent. When you select the Plex Movie Scanner, you'll see the Media Center Master agent available and that's enough. :)

Thanks for the help on this matter.
Didn't want to make MCM obsolete by relying on Plex to scrape the metadata.

One other thing. Not sure if I need to wait longer or not, but the Season folder(s) images are blank vs using what MCM downloaded. In one show that I refreshed it just ended up using the actual shows folder image vs the seasons.

Yeah I'm not sure if there's any way to resolve that, to be honest.
