 Post subject: Missing Episodes Report

Missing episodes report reports that all episodes are missing. This just started within the past 4-6 weeks (last time I ran a report was around end of September and it was working properly at that time). I tried searching for auto update, but I am on the latest version. Tried clearing cache and reprocessing list of media. Still shows that all episodes are missing.
