I've noticed after the last update that when I have a number of finished downloads in my download directory, if there is anything still being downloaded, MCM will not process any finished files. All I get is that the 1 file is in use by another program and it won't process the other finished ones.

MCM: Processing new downloads in: E:\Downloads
MCM: ... no permissions to path Banshee.S03E07.1080p.HDTV.x264-BATV (access denied and/or path in use by another program)

This is expected as it's still downloading, but other shows are finished and not being processed.

uTorrent? I know there's an option in the download parser screen for uTorrent, a setting I had to change as I was having the exact same issue you described. You should also make sure the downloads are no longer seeding before parsing.

Ensure the Remove read only is enabled in MCM and you may you have to disable the read only option in uTorrent also.

The download parser has a new option to copy (parse and ignore) also.

Sorry, I should have clarified, I'm not using utorrent or any downloader built into MCM. I have a seedbox and download from there through a FTP software into a directory which MCM then parses. So if I queue up 10 shows to download and 8 of 10 are done and I try to use MCM to "process new downloads" (Ctrl-P) it won't process anything in the download directory if even 1 of 10 shows is not finished downloading.

Previously it would process the completed shows then say the currently downloading shows are open in another program and skip.

Also, Filezilla (FTP software) doesn't leave anything in a read-only state.

Also the download parser option of Remove read-only properties from downloads was already enabled and still did not work.

To me that sounds like a problem with Filezilla locking the entire job until complete ( just a guess as I don't use that program).

I don't see that issue with CuteFTP.

That would be the obvious answer but I haven't updated filezilla in probably 1.5-2 years. It's not the end of the world as I can download into a temporary directory and move over to the processing directory, but it's an extra step that wasn't necessary before. That and it showed up after a a few updates of MCM. I couldn't say which exactly as I had a bit of a backlog that was updated when this appeared.
