I use Handbrake to re-encode content that has DTS encoding because it allows DTS pass through. I've noticed that MCM will either corrupt the chapter marks in content using them, or create a file without any time information (meaning the file plays but can't be time jumped) in the process of re-naming a file. If I re-name the original source file as the file named by MCM and copy it over, everything is fine. Has anybody else discovered this issue?

Best guess is you have "attempt to tag video files with embedded metadata" enabled. Application-S&P-Movies
