MCM:  The plugin tMDB failed an internal consistency check during Create().  The plugin's author should be notified.

It randomly started working

Note the line at the top of your error log:

[MESSAGE]Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\2\l137daoj.tmp'


Make sure that this path exists (don't worry about the file). If a folder in the path doesn't exist, create it.

This solved the problem for me.
