Lately when downloading metadata for movies, during the metadata building it does the following. I replaced the name of the actors and crew with the name user myself. Any Help would be much appreciated.

This is not a bug -- you are reaching timeout to their servers. Check that you haven't firewalled all or parts of Media Center Master or that their API is currently operating.
