Hi all been using MCM for a few years and its been great, lately though all movies renamed if I have the any video quality tags active it renames the folder & file as [loading...]

these are my setting

T, T (Y) [C-Q] [A:CO-A:CH] [R]

and this is how my folders & files are being renamed

Concussion (2015) [loading...-1080p] [DTS-5.1] [PG-13]

seems to be anything with C tagged in it has loading, this has popped up in the past few weeks

i've tried this on my desktop & laptop, re-installed both, tried having media on local drive,USB & NAS still same thing keeps happening, any ideas
