Migrated MCM to new PC using Laplink PC Mover.
On launch, it displays the start up message "looking for updates", then triggers the User Account Control panel, and when it click yes it disappers and fails to start.
I've tried uninstalling and re-installing and I get the same behaviour.
It's a brand new install of Windows 10 Pro on an AMD Ryzen 9 system.
I'm "guessing" that maybe I'm missing a run time library but MCM is failing silently so there's nothing to go on.
anyone any suggestions I should try?

Attempts to agressively uninstall (regedit) and reinstall make no difference.
Giving admin privileges, using the compatibility settings, make no difference.
I've since installed successfully on two other systems just to explore it
Windows 7 - no problems.
Windows 10 Home on i7 - no problems.
After a clean install from the website, when I launch it performs and update and then after a short pause you can see MCMStublauncher stops (viewing in task manager).
Further attempts to launch, it triggers user account control (every time, doesn't seem to be any way to stop it), then it checks for update, and then it exits without any displaying the UI.
I have Bitdefender on all my systems. All are 64bit OS.
The ones were MCM works have Intel processors, the one where it doesn't is AMD but I would be surprised if that was the issue.
Is this something to do with Windows 10 Pro and the higher levels of security? Do I need to change a policy somewhere to allow MCM to run?
