Never finds subs, it's the only reason I bought a lifetime license

Please can I get some sort of acknowledgement that this is an issue and is being worked on.

Feel ripped off spending $60 on a lifetime license for the main feature not to work

Nearly two months after this issue was reported, with no acknowledgment or feedback, I've opened a PayPal dispute.

I recommend anyone else who has purchased the license and isn't receiving the features you've paid for do the same thing.

Hi VoidVoid, I can confirm that an update somewhere between Nov 2021 and May 2022 broke subtitle Functionality. I have had a similar post in the discord channel since May and someone posted with questions about working subtitles in the same area in Nov 2021, so we know that is the timeframe where something was altered breaking subtitle searches.
