This sounds like a support question to me -- but the simple answer is, doesn't Media Center Master already do this?

With trakt.tv enabled in Media Center Master, also check "automatically add media to trakt.tv during fetches" and any time something is fetched, it'll be added to your media library at trakt.tv. Additionally, you can right-click any media title (or titles if you multi-select) and add them manually without having to fetch, too.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.
I have the correct details for Trakt.tv (UN, PW & API), and have an 'MCM' list set up that is Publicly view-able. I right click a movie, and add to Trakt.tv library but it never appears on the sites list.
Any ideas?

Can we have a seen column that can connect to trakt and pull down this information.

This could be very useful for cleaning libraries as well
