The option to rename files before they are moved.
Currently MCM moved the file then renames it to follow the naming convention chosen in the settings. Renaming before moving would prevent issues with plex showing previous name (ie: tvshow.webrip.mp4 instead of tv show s01e07.mp4) if you have plex scan when there are any changes to the scan folders.

This also messes up my Kodi library. Sometimes a scan occurs and I will get two entries. Select the wrong one and Kodi asks if you want to clean it up, but it is annoying.
