Hi,
Today for some reason I cannot add a new TV series. I type in the ID from theTVDB.com (like I did yesterday) and get the message:
"This series ID doesn't seem to exist at thetvdb.com
Plesae check that you entered it correctly and try again"
I've checked and tried multiple IDs' copying and pasting directly from the website. The error message comes up very quick, not sure it's actually communicating with thetvdb.com?
Is there anything can upload for this? There is nothing in the log related to checking for a series.

With the changes/updates TVDB is doing I have noticed at certain times of the day I have to use v3 instead of v2 fetcher. But without specific examples it is really hard to say.

I'm having the same/similar issues. How do you switch between fetcher versions?
Nevermind, found it:
Applications>Manage Fetchers & Plugins

I tried changing the fetcher to V2 and still the same issue.
I've trying to add TVDB ID: 322398 but I also get the same error with 369737
Both don't get found on V3 or V2
Might just have to wait a few days and see if TVDB sorts itself out. I saw they've changed their website overnight. (Nov 14/15)

v3 fetcher just started processing everything for me. But in the end it is a TVDB issue. I see today I can't add a Series by name or ID with v3 fetcher.
